The top and core layers of this products use a mix of Southeast Asian coir and superfine fibers. The superfine fibers are thinner than 1.5D. We do not use glue. We use high-temperature and high-pressure heat pressing. The fibers melt and stick to each other. There is no formaldehyde and no bad smell. The bed goes through 220°C baking and 1,200 tons of pressure. It forms a high-density 3D network. Thickness tolerance is within ±2 mm. The surface is very flat. This ultra coir mattress is clean and safe.

We adjust the fiber mix to control hardness. The hardness is between 85 and 95 HD. This level supports your S-shaped spine well. It eases the tiredness from a hanging waist. The 3D network gives over 90% airflow. Heat and sweat leave the bed fast. Your partner will not wake you when turning. After 50,000 rolling tests, thickness change is below 5%. This ultra coir mattress keeps its shape for a long time.
