This makes the material clean with no smell. We use no-glue high-temperature pressing. Over 200°C heat and 1,000 tons of pressure melt the lignin inside the coir. The lignin acts as a natural glue. We add no chemical glue at all. The bed density is over 100 kg per cubic meter. T Flatness is within ±1.5 mm. This product is very solid.

The hardness of this extra firm coir mattress is between 100 and 110 HD. That is one of the hardest coir beds on the market. It supports your lower back well. It eases the soreness caused by soft beds. After 80,000 rolling tests, thickness change is below 3%. The bed can last over 10 years. With no glue at all, formaldehyde release is near zero. The pre-treatment removes sugar and fat from the coir. That stops bacteria and bugs from growing. This extra firm coir mattress is very clean.
