We have made mattresses for 36 years. We kept thinking about how to make a coir bed more comfortable. This product is our answer. It is specially made to improve sleep quality. It combines spine support with comfort. We keep the firm support of coir but add a soft top layer. We are not a big factory. But our masters know that a good bed should make you sleep soundly and comfortably. This product does both.
Two Layers: Hard Core, Soft Surface
This product has a hard core and a soft surface. The bottom and core layers use high-purity coir. High-temperature and high-pressure pressing form a firm support layer. The density is over 85 kg per cubic meter. Hardness is between 75 and 85 HD. The top layer adds a high-density breathable non-woven fabric and a skin-friendly knitted fabric. This design spreads your body weight. It reduces pressure points. The whole bed gets constant temperature treatment at 150°C to 180°C. The two layers stick together firmly. No peeling, no bulging. This coir sleep mattress is well built.
Ship Flat, No Rolling
We do not vacuum pack this coir sleep mattress. It cannot be rolled. We ship it flat. We offer 15 years of warranty. We support OEM and ODM. You can mix colors and models in one order. We are a small factory, but we treat every partner with sincerity.
