It was not until after 2000 that the company began to gradually introduce advanced manufacturing equipment, thereby achieving a comprehensive upgrade in its production capabilities; currently, its annual output value consistently stands at approximately 5 million.

Our facilities comprise a 600-square-meter standardized production plant and a dedicated 600-square-meter brand showroom. The overall layout is meticulously planned and scientifically designed, featuring comprehensive functional amenities that fully support the large-scale, standardized manufacturing of our entire mattress product range. Drawing upon years of specialized expertise in the industry, the plant has been masterfully designed to seamlessly accommodate the entire production workflow-encompassing handmade spring cores, high-end handcrafted mattresses, specialized industrial mattresses, foam mattresses, coir mattresses, and various custom-made products-supported by a mature and highly efficient process chain.

On the production front, we are equipped with advanced industry machinery that has been continuously upgraded and introduced since the year 2000.
