Latex Innerspring Mattress

We started making mattresses in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, back in 1988. Back then, we made whatever the market wanted – spring, foam, memory foam… Years passed, materials changed, but one question always stayed in our minds: are these really good for 8 hours of sleep?

Then about ten years ago, an old customer came back. He had sensitive skin and tried many mattresses – all caused problems. Finally, he found that natural latex worked. He said to us: "You've been doing this for years. Why not focus on latex?"

That hit us. So we cleared out all the synthetic materials from our workshop and started over – from rubber tree sap. This latex innerspring mattress is the answer after 36 years of trial and error: 5cm of natural latex on top, pocket springs below. Not a spec sheet. Just something that actually lets your body relax.

Some brands will tell you "our latex layer is 10cm thick." But we learned the hard way – too thick and you sink; too thin and you get no support. 5cm. That's the sweet spot after dozens of samples.

The latex purity is 92%. The other 8%? Necessary curing agents and stabilizers – otherwise it won't hold its shape. We tried 95% purity once. The mattress cracked within three months. 92% is the real-world balance between craftsmanship and durability. It comes from fresh rubber tree sap, naturally anti-dust-mite and antibacterial. One of our customers is a nurse – severely allergic to dust mites. Two weeks after sleeping on our mattress, she told us: "My nose isn't stuffy when I wake up anymore."

The latex surface has honeycomb-like holes – not for looks, but to let your body heat and moisture escape on their own. Below it, we use 2.2mm pocket springs, each treated with anti-rust solution. The springs work independently. Even if you toss and turn at night, the person next to you will barely feel it. This latex innerspring mattress is so quiet that even a cat jumping onto the bed won't wake you up.

We don't use ordinary knitted fabric for the outer cover. It's organic cotton – grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Costs twice as much. But the feel is different: like an old, well-washed T-shirt. Natural, soft, non-irritating.

We tried vacuum compression packing. But we found that vacuum packing crushes the latex's honeycomb structure and leaves a memory effect on the springs. So this latex innerspring mattress cannot be roll-packed. Flat shipping only. Higher freight cost, but you can sleep on it the day it arrives – no waiting for it to "bounce back."

Honest warranty: 15 years for the spring layer. Not a marketing gimmick. The first batch of springs we sold in 2012? None have failed yet. For the latex layer – 5 to 8 years of normal use before natural oxidation occurs. That's what natural material does. We don't hide it.
