Our factory started making spring mattresses in 1988. Back then, springs were big and thick. After 36 years, we wanted to make springs smaller. This micro spring mattress uses a very thin spring. The wire is only 1.5 mm thick. There are 1800 springs in one square meter. That is five times more than a normal mattress. Instead of one big spring doing all the work, we let many small springs share the job. This product feels more precise. One of our masters said it is like changing from a big net to a fine net. You catch more pressure points.

Each micro spring sits in its own non‑woven bag. The spring height is 3 cm. When you lie down, the springs under your hips compress more. The springs under your waist compress less. That means every part of your body gets the right support. We put only 1 cm of thin breathable mesh on top. Why so thin? Because we want you to feel the micro springs directly. Many thick foams hide the spring feeling. But this micro spring mattress lets the springs do their job. The result is a very close fit to your body shape. You will not feel like you are sinking into a hole. Instead, you feel gentle pushes all along your body.

The fabric is ultra‑soft brushed knit. Brushing makes it warm and smooth to the touch. Together with the micro springs, it makes the sleeping surface even more gentle. A good mattress should let you forget the springs are there. You only feel comfortable support. This product comes in a vacuum roll pack. That lowers shipping cost.
