This coil sprung mattress uses a Bonnell open coil system. The springs are 2.2 mm thick high‑carbon steel. That is thicker than normal springs. We pre‑compress each spring to form a strong support grid. This structure can handle up to 300 kg of local pressure. It is perfect for heavy users or people who like a hard bed. We also added 5 cm high‑density foam around the edges. That stops the sides from sagging. So you can sit on the edge to put on your shoes. The mattress stays stable for years.

We put 2 cm of wave foam on top of the springs. The wave shape creates air channels. Heat and moisture can leave the mattress. That is very helpful in humid areas. It also stops bacteria from growing. The fabric is a high‑weight durable knit. It can take a lot of cleaning. That makes this coil sprung mattress good for homes with kids or for hotel rooms. We do not roll‑pack this model. We ship it flat. That keeps the strong Bonnell structure perfect. Monthly production is 1000 to 1500 pieces. A custom order of 100 pieces takes about 5 to 10 days.
