The fill layers of this handcrafted firm support mattress are natural coir and high-density hard foam. The coir goes through high-temperature sugar removal and anti-mold treatment. It has no glue left. It forms a flat and firm support surface.The spring wire is 2.2 mm thick. The springs go through second quenching. They keep their bounce for a long time and resist pressure well.
20% More Springs Than Normal Beds
The Bonnell spring system uses encrypted arrangement. It has 20% more springs than a normal bed. It can take over 300 kg of pressure at one point without deforming. It does not sink after years of use. The edges have high-density hard foam protection. You can sit on the edge without slipping. This helps older people and those with limited movement. The fabric is high-wear knitted cloth. It is washable and lasts long.
Spine Protection, Long Life, and No Chemicals
The coir layer gives a flat and firm support surface. This handcrafted firm support mattress is good for people with herniated discs, back muscle strain, and growing teenagers. The coir layer uses a physical heat-press process. No glue and no formaldehyde. The breathable fabric keeps the sleep environment healthy and safe. We do not roll this bed. We ship it flat to protect the coir structure. We offer 15 years of warranty for the whole bed and 15 years for the springs. You can mix colors and models in one order.
