The Cover: Why We Didn't Use Fancy Mesh
You see "3D mesh" and "jacquard" on every mattress ad. We almost used them too. But then we tested them side by side with a simple 220gsm knitted jacquard – no mesh, no gimmicks. The simple one breathed better. The mesh trapped dust.
So our cover is just high-thread-count knitted jacquard. No "3D Three-dimensional air mesh" nonsense. It looks clean, feels like a soft cotton shirt, and lets heat escape without whispering marketing words at you.
And yes – this thick sponge mattress sleeps cool. Not because of a "cooling gel infusion" patent. But because 22cm of foam gives your body room to breathe. The pressure peak drops about 35% compared to a thin topper. You sink in just right – not too deep, not too shallow.
The Honest Edge
Thick mattresses usually have weak edges. You sit down and slide off like a melting ice cream. We fixed that with that bottom 2cm high-density wrap. Edge firmness goes up about 40%. You can sit, sleep near the edge, or have a coffee without falling off.
We also support vacuum packing – unlike our latex mattress. Why? Because foam compresses fine. Latex doesn't. So you can roll this thick sponge mattress into a box, ship cheap, and unbox it at home. We've tested it 200+ times. No cracks.
Warranty & Custom Orders
Warranty: 15 years for sagging beyond 2cm. Not "15 years for defects" – we mean sagging. The kind that ruins your sleep.
Custom: Mix colors and models in one order. OEM sizes, firmness levels. One person handles your whole order – from first email to delivery. That person might be Old Chen. He's been cutting foam since 1995. He doesn't read from a script.
